How It Works

If you have a startup and need a web or mobile application, shoot us a message and we can begin the process of bringing your idea to fruition.

How it Works

Requirment Analysis

Got an idea but not sure about the workflow of your app and technical details? Our dedicated project managers make sure to extract all the functional/non-functional requirements during the Ist call. This is the most important step, also called Requirements Engineering, in Web/Mobile app development where we sit together, brainstorm, discuss and finalize all of your needs/requirements for the app you want developed.

Step 01

Wire Frames

A finalized requirements document or a statement of work is then converted into Wireframes or Sketches to demonstrate the complete workflow of end product.

Wire Frames

We use tools like Balsamiq & Invisionapp to convert requirements and use cases into connected sketches of all the pages. This gives 100% understandings of how a fully developed system will look like.

Step 02

User Interface Design

Set of approved wireframes are then go to our design department where we design 2-3 different template options.

User Interface Design

Based on the approved design template by our client, complete UI is designed.

Step 03

UI Development

Depending upon the nature of project, User Interfaces are developed in parallel to Backend Servers.

Step 04

User Interface/Client Side Integration

Depending upon the nature of a project, static UI is then connected with the Backend Server/Api server to make the whole system functional

Step 05

Backend Server Development

Normally Backend Server or Restful API server development (in case of Mobile Apps) runs parallel to UI development. All the end points are developed and documented in this step.

QA Testing/ Finalized Sprint

Following Agile methodology, a big project is divided into smaller sprints or milestones where the completion of each sprint/part is a working end to end module went through extensive testing and bug fixing.

Step 06

Producation

Repeating 3 and 4 steps for all the sprints and integrating all the parts with each other, a final and ready to launch product is developed.
